The materials displayed on this website, including all editorial materials, information, artworks, branding and graphics, are the property of Rachel Weaver and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Policies
- Artworks are lovingly handmade and may contain small flaws such fingerprints or bubbles which add to their charm and character. They are created to my highest personal standard, but will not be "factory perfect" or mass produced.
- We do not offer change of mind returns or refunds, so please choose carefully.
- If you experience any issues with your order, please email rachel@nightmaresandgummybears.com attaching clear photographs, along with your name and proof of purchase within 3 days of delivery.
SHIPPING
Postage + Packaging
- Recycled packaging is used whenever possible.
- Every endeavor is taken to carefully package products to ensure they arrive safely and in good condition at their destination.
Delivery
- All items sent via Standard Australia Post and can be tracked.
- For orders over $150, you will have to sign for the package to receive it, which eliminates theft. If you’re not home to sign for the package at the time of delivery, it will be taken to your local post office. You will be left a collection notice with instructions to pick up your order.
- Nightmares + Gummy Bears are not responsible for any delay or hold ups within the postal service.
- Currently delays may occur due to the impact of COVID-19.
Insurance
All items are sent with insurance.
Duties & Taxes
You are responsible for any duties, taxes or such charges that may apply in your country. Please check for any such charges or taxes that are applicable to you.
